COVID-19 SeroHub

The COVID-19 SeroHub is a software tool developed by the National Institutes of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to address the challenges posed by diverse seroprevalence studies related to SARS-CoV-2. These studies vary in enrollment dates, target populations, geographic locations, age distributions, and assay methods, making it difficult to synthesize and compare data. The SeroHub serves as a data repository, systematically identifying and extracting information from 178 studies as of September 1, 2022. It provides an interactive interface for users to explore and download data, offering tools to filter results and visualize trends based on time, geography, population, age, and antigen target. The platform aims to enhance public access and comprehension of seroprevalence data, with ongoing efforts to incorporate new studies as the COVID-19 pandemic evolves.
